Common questions.
How does this compare to Jackrabbit or DanceStudio Pro?
Both charge a monthly subscription ($45–$165+/mo — Jackrabbit's scales with your student count, including inactive students) PLUS payment-processing fees of roughly 2.7–2.9% + 30¢ on every card payment. Full Out has no subscription at all, and our rates already include processing. A 100-family studio collecting $200/family pays roughly $450/mo with us at a typical bank/card mix — versus $630–$700/mo on a subscription platform.
Why are bank payments so much cheaper than cards?
Bank (ACH) payments genuinely cost less to move than card payments, and we pass that through: 1.5% capped at $6 means collecting $200 tuition costs $3.00, and the cap means a $1,000 costume bill still costs just $6. Tuition autopay is exactly the kind of recurring, known-family payment ACH was built for. Parents pick bank or card at checkout — encouraging bank payments is the single biggest thing you can do to lower your fees.
What about Stripe processing fees?
There are none on top. Our rates are all-inclusive — we pay Stripe's processing costs out of our fee, so the rate you see is your total cost. (Payments run on Stripe Connect; payouts land directly in your bank account.)
When do payouts arrive?
On Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days for U.S. accounts; faster instant payouts available via Stripe). Funds land directly in your bank account — we never hold your money.
What happens if I cancel?
Disconnect Stripe and stop accepting payments. You keep all your data, your account, and your studio URL. Past invoices and history remain accessible. No exit fees.
Is there a free trial?
No upfront trial — but you only ever pay when a parent pays you. Set up your studio, connect Stripe, and decide on your own time whether to share the public catalog and start taking enrollments.
